Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

  • 1 small banana, sliced

  • 200 ml plain yogurt

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • A few ice cubes (optional)


Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with a few whole berries and a mint sprig for color contrast.

  • ½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned in juice)

  • A few ice cubes

Directions: Blend until silky and smooth. Pour into a tall glass then add a pineapple wedge or sprinkle of turmeric on top.

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 200 ml plant‑based milk (almond, oat, or soy)

Directions:Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with a small spinach leaf or sprinkle of chia seeds on top.
