Fall/Winter Pieces I Already Got and the Ones Still Missing from My Wardrobe

I’m really into the current trends this season. Honestly I could see myself wearing almost all of them if only I had unlimited budget and unlimited closet space. Since that’s not the case I had to be a little selective. Three new favorites already found their way into my wardrobe and there are three more pieces I’m still planning to get for the 2025/2026 season.
Next week I’ll be at Vienna Fashion Week which will surely bring even more inspiration but here’s what I already have and what I’m still hunting for.
Three pieces I already got
Suede leather jacket (Vinted)
When I first saw this jacket I fell for the warm autumn shade and the effortless style. But when it arrived I quickly realized it wasn’t the best choice. The leather is much stiffer than I expected and the overall condition is not as good as it looked in the photos. Most likely it will go back to Vinted soon and I’ll resell it there for a lower price with a more detailed description so the next owner knows exactly what to expect and won’t be surprised like I was.

Dark blue Massimo Dutti Accordion pleated skirt (Vinted)
This one I absolutely adore. I’m not really a skirt type of girl but somehow this piece won me over completely. The color is elegant the cut is comfortable and it’s so easy to style. I’ve always loved Massimo Dutti and most of my pieces are second hand from Vinted. This skirt will definitely be in heavy rotation this season.

Black western boots (Mjus)
This is the one piece I should have bought seasons ago. I’ve always loved horses and I used to ride for many years so this style has always felt very natural to me. The pair I just ordered is a simple black mid calf cowboy boot from Zalando from the brand Mjus. I didn’t know the label before but it’s an Italian brand known for its high quality leather shoes with a mix of comfort and style. My expectations are quite high so I’m really curious how they will turn out. The boots are arriving on Tuesday and I can’t wait to try them on. Hopefully they fit because I really don’t want to send them back. I already feel they could become a staple in so many outfits.

Three pieces I still want to get
Brown bomber jacket
Since the suede jacket didn’t really turn out as I hoped I decided to look for something different instead. A bomber feels like a much better option for me right now light comfortable and with that effortless laid back vibe I love. I’m specifically searching for one in brown since it’s such a versatile color and will go with almost everything in my wardrobe.

Bold statement earrings
I recently cut my hair short just above the shoulders and I’m still getting used to styling it in different ways. What I already noticed though is that bold statement earrings look incredible with shorter hair because they are so visible and instantly elevate even the simplest outfit. They add that playful touch I sometimes miss when I dress more minimal. Big necklaces were never really for me since I don’t want to draw extra attention to my bust but earrings feel like the perfect way to make a statement without feeling over the top. I’m on the hunt for a pair that is daring yet still elegant something I could wear both with casual looks and on special occasions.

Oversized clutch bag
There is something almost humorous about the oversized clutch trend because sometimes it looks like a giant old fashioned wallet your grandmother might have carried. And that is exactly what makes it so charming. It feels playful relaxed and at the same time very fashionistas. I would not wear it every single day but definitely on those mornings when I wake up in a good mood and feel like adding something special to my outfit. For me the clutch has to be really oversized so big that my laptop can actually fit inside. That is when it becomes not only fun but also practical.

Coming back to Vienna Fashion Week I have to admit I am really excited because I have never been to an event like this before. I just hope my sense of style will not let me down and that I will feel both good and authentic in the outfit I have envisioned for myself. We will see. I promise to bring you a few photos next time.
Bye Friends!
